Copyright Policy

Numredy respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how copyright owners can report infringement, how we review reports, and what happens next.

Your content on Numredy

You keep ownership of the stories and comments you create. By posting on Numredy, you grant us a limited licence to display and distribute your content as described in our Terms of Use. You must have the right to post what you share.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Numredy infringes your copyright, send a notice to privacy@numredy.com with the subject line "Copyright notice". Include:

Your full name and contact email.
Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
The URL or enough detail to locate the infringing content on Numredy (for example, a story page link).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Review process

We review complete copyright notices and may contact you for clarification. We may also notify the user who posted the content and provide an opportunity to respond where appropriate. Incomplete notices may delay processing.

Takedown procedure

If we determine that content likely infringes copyright, we may remove or disable access to that content. We aim to action valid notices within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of receiving a complete notice.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to privacy@numredy.com with the subject line "Copyright counter-notification". Include:

Your name, email, and Numredy username if applicable.
Identification of the content that was removed and its location.
A statement under penalty of perjury where applicable that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts described in our Terms of Use and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We may restore content after receiving a valid counter-notification unless the copyright owner initiates legal action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the content on Numredy.

Repeat infringement

Policy

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content may be suspended or permanently terminated. We review valid copyright notices and may take action against accounts based on the severity and frequency of confirmed infringement.

Platform reporting

Numredy also provides in-app reporting for stories and comments that may violate our Community Guidelines, including copyright concerns. In-app reports complement — but do not replace — formal copyright notices for legal takedown purposes.
